"I am a US soldier stationed in Bayji, Iraq and Iam proud of the Iraqi people. The insurrgents target them twice as much as they go after us."
Take lots of pictures and keep a diary...this will go down in history as the "watershed" event of the middle east. The whiners will be tearful, but the rejoycing will drown them out. Thanks for your service and your courage.

and waving their purple fingers in the cameras for all the world to see!Too bad they didn't chose a different finger.
With CNN it's not that the glass if half empty or half full. The glass it 90% full and for them it's "How terrible! Look! The glass is 10% empty!"

Teddy will be drowning his sorrows today. Ooops! Didn't mean to use the word "drowning." What a pathetic human being.

What the MSM just don't get. An oppressed people being liberated, and then going to vote,..and brave and dedicated American troops making it possible. Kinda sums up the relationship of the U.S. military, and its citizens.

The seeds of democracy have just sprouted in an area of the world known for its violence for centuries.
The chances for this start of civilization there if Teddy and his minions had their way, zero.
Hey Ted,courage is what the Iraqi people are doing today.Leaving a young woman to die in a car crash to save your pathetic political skin is not courage.

I have heard a few other people say it, and I agree. What we heard yesterday is the death rattle of terrorism. (And to the idiots of DUmmyland- that was the whole point!)
Did you see the long lines of women voting? Where are all of the human rights organizations? They are being very quiet about that!
To: womcg
today it's really a great day for all of us!! I'm so happy about this incredible turn out!! GWB wrote his name in history today...
WE ARE PROUD OF ALL THE AMERICAN SOLDIERS DOWN IN IRAQ. THANK YOU GUYS

I hope and pray that whomever is elected will get plenty of security protection from us and for their families too.

At least one of those L00zers has a few working brain cells left. Basically, the impression I came away with from that other steaming pile was that if they don't mention the Iraqi election, then it didn't happen.
Hey with these liberal losers denying events means they never happened. Many of them have forgotten that klintoon was impeached, the successes in Afghanistan are ignored by the MSM and the left. They will be working overtime to put the Iraq elections in a bad light.
To: filly
Good for the Iraqi people. This election shows that people want self government, not rule by a Marxist central authority. I wonder if the democrats in this country will get the message.

Thank you for your service. My grandson just left Iraq last week after being there for a year. We are so proud of him and all of you.

CNN has had all of freedom and elections they can stand, apparently. They have moved on to an interview about flu shots and health.
lol.
