More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

Reminds me of the novel "1984" by George Orwell. The building where those who don't go along with the program are tortured in the most unspeakable ways is called the "Ministry of Love".
The hospice sounds like a modern-day Ministry of Love. Flowers, fountains, and starvation bunkers, all in one building.
Yup the link between Hospice and Felos I remember from past research, but I am looking for more connections. This guy represents a dangerous trend supported by cacademics and policy makers + media whores - all over the place.

Your comments re: 1984. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. It's a new age, secular place where they yanked out Terri's teeth last spring "without anesthesia". The dental students from St. Pete Jr. College needed to learn how to pull teeth. THEY USED TERRI AS A GUINEA PIG AND PULLED HER TEETH OUT WITHOUT ANESTHESIA. People heard her screaming. Tell me that Terri doesn't feel anything. The dental student episode occurred at the time the Schindlers were banned from seeing Terri because FALSE CHARGES OF CRIMINAL ASSAULT ON TERRI kept them away from her for about sixty days. I don't make this stuff up. Poor Terri.

The problem has only gotten worse. I am glad to see so many more people since that time have woken up and many of them are on these threads. How heartening.
I have emailed both Wesley Smith and Bob Marshall and asked them the same question. I think Bob Marshall said we have to outlaw dehydration deaths. I called our local representatives and talked about a law to do this, and they almost laughed at me.
That's what scares me, it is entrenched now. It's really only up to God now.
HB 701 is a step in the right direction. One sweeping bill to change what has happened over the past 15 years is not feasible at this time.
Contact Florida lawmakers, esp if you live in Florida, and make your voice heard.
HB 701 is for all incapacitated persons.

The protest at Michael's house, THEY EVEN PUT A SIGN ON HIS FANCY, LEAD ARTWORK FRONT DOOR SAYING MICHAEL GIVE TERRI BACK TO HER PARENTS. It's a very nice home. I wonder how he likes feeling trapped. Terri's been trapped by the system for years. She's been trapped at Hospice Woodside for years. They tear down her birthday cards. She could not be entertained by Christmas Carolers. Who will investigate the denial of Terri's basic human rights?
