The proposal would allow evidence in proceedings concerning vulnerable adults to include hearsay testimony. Such is banned now---presumably if George Greer complied with the law. George Greer has a real problem with the law---he either doesn't know it, doesn't know how to apply it or doesn't think it applies to him.

You are right. I don't get it.

Greer allowed hearsay to get rid of Terri. The Florida courts have upheld that decision. Why do they need to pass that law since it is already being applied?
