Yes I do claim that.
The UN is a bunch of incompetent, corrupt buffoons.
Your examples of Rwanda, Sudan, and OilforFood are all sterling examples.
Agenda 21 is just another utopian UN fanstasy that will collapse under the wieght of the UN's corruption and venality.
This thread reads like a transcript from some 1990s militia shortwave radio broadcast.

"Santa Cruz is one of the first cities to adopt a "Local Agenda 21" program. For 10 years, a local group has been promoting the implementation of Agenda 21 recommendations. Almost every community now has some local group promoting Agenda 21 policies, but using names such as "St. Louis 2004," or "[your town] 2020." These plans focus primarily on planning, open space, zoning, land-use restrictions, heritage sites, and the like. They also contain educational elements, based on Chapters 21 and 25 of Agenda 21."

Why do you think those ordeals were such abject failures? Because the UN doesn't really care about those, it just takes the attention off of their true intentions, world domination. How could we have been so blind? I didn't know it had gone so far. Jeez, I wonder ,looking at the dates, what President's watch all of these plans and agreements were implemented under. I'll give you 3 guesses, and you know the rest.

Rwanda's 800.000 dead is NOT and example of buffoonery. It IS and example of an organization with extraordinary power in the world with an utter lack of respect for human life and human endeavors. The UN is right in league with Hitler, Stalin, and Pol Pot when it comes to the destruction of human life. That is not incompetence or buffoonery. It is evil.

The U.N. has never succeeded at anything let alone trying to heard 4.5 billion people into a unified global government.
Freedom and independence are out of the toothpaste tube and there's no way to push it back.
