If conservation easements and phony environmental lawsuits are your bag, check this out tonight:
Tonight's Radio Program
Conservation Easements and Land Trusts Implement the Global Wildlands Project
Cash strapped farmers, ranchers and timberland owners are being lured by a coordinated effort to transfer present or future land management options to government and/or its partners. Conservation easements are intended to create corridors that will eventually link up with one another and become off limits to citizens. Learn about the deceptive ploy that hurts not only landowners, but also subjugates all Americans to a globally arranged new order. Your host Michael Shaw, will interview Clarice Ryan, Montanans for Multiple Use. To listen tune in 8 PM to 9 PM (PST)
Another Jury gets it Right
An Arizona jury found the Center for Biological Diversity guilty of making "false, unfair, libelous and defamatory statements" against rancher, Jim Chilton. Chilton, a fifth-generation Arizona rancher was awarded $100,000 in actual damages and $500,000 in punitive damages from the Center and three of its employees. "The Center does not use science, they use scare tactics" says Chilton. "They also use endangered species as surrogates to obtain their own goals and to raise money." Some say the Center was responsible for last year's catastrophic fires in San Diego because of their pursuit of environmental lawsuits that prevented private owners from managing fuel loads. Learn more about the Center for Biological Diversity. Tune into this show with host, Michael Shaw, and guest, and Jim Chilton, from 9 PM to 10 PM (PST)

In their own words:
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications who directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years but the world is now more sophisticated & prepared to march towards a world government which will never again know war but only peace and prosperity for the whole of authority."
