I bet it was the same fuel tank that caused the spontaneous explosion of TWA Flight 800.
Them fuel tanks can be awfully mischievous.

You're right - how do "witnesses" from 12 miles away know anything ? Was this plane only a few hundred feet above ground level when he "oopsed" a fuel tank that landed 12 miles away ?
