LOL, I'm half Italian too, and know some Spanish, but still it's hard to tell the difference. If I told you my dad's family's last name (they claim to be 100% Italian and think that everyone else are lesser beings), you would think it was French. I've researched it and found it can only be Spanish. In fact, it is a common name in Spain.
So much for being 100% Italian, eh?!

Speaking in generalities, Italians do tend to be expansive, warm-hearted people. So, yeah, being half-Italian is a good thing.
