Felos stated in his press conference a few minutes ago that if DCF or Bush attempted to take Terri by force it would constitute a kidnapping ....and they would charge that.

Didn't he also say, mockingly, that when the DCF filed, they got an automatic stay and thus had a brief window of opportunity to take Terri?
Let them file again and this time take the opportunity.
