Right. But he said in his affidavit that he believes it is sometimes appropriate to withhold nutrition from a patient in PVS. While I disagree with him on this point, it would at least appear that his religious beliefs did not predispose him to diagnose Terri more favorably.
Of course, the opposition will never acknowledge this.
Good Lord! That would explain the "I'll rule at noon" judgment. Let the clock run out on a window of opportunity and then nothing can be done. Just like they're doing with Terri's life.
How ANYONE can support the underhanded maneuvers of these evil thugs and claim it's in the name of "we must protect states' rights or the sanctity of marriage!"

I think the name of who pays ought to be more finely drawn than dem versus republican.
Felos stated in his press conference a few minutes ago that if DCF or Bush attempted to take Terri by force it would constitute a kidnapping ....and they would charge that.

I'm a lifelong republican, but I'm afraid the republican party is now the party of Pontius Pilate. Their "washing their hands" doesn't remove their moral responsibility in the matter.
They are on the verge of loosing my vote forever. And no I won't vote for the dems, but I won't be able to vote for "wolves in sheeps clothes" either.
