I am DONE with the so-called conservatives and Republicans....Bush has kissed Mexican butt ONE to many times for this Texas gal!
We vote, we petition, we protest, we write, we call....we finally get so fed up with governmental lip-service that some decide to TRY and stem the flood themselves.
How are we rewarded?
Our politicians spit in our faces, wipe their backside with the laws they SWORE ON THE HOLY BIBLE to uphold and THEN try to tell us we need to be 'rational' about enforcing the law!!!
If the government had been RATIONAL 20 or 30 YEARS ago when the people started complaining about it, it wouldn't be a problem NOW!

I left the Republican plantation before the 2004 election and I'm so glad now that I did. I know my Constitution Party candidates didn't win, but at least I have the consolation of knowing I didn't vote for the sniveling little limp-wristed wimpy-boy Republicans in power today who supposedly embrace the rule of law. What a joke! Our Founding Fathers would be horrified if they could know what we have elected to represent us in this country!
You are dead right! We need to start caring for ourselves and stop petitioning the government for a redress of greivances, because they just do NOT give a damn about us (except when they need our vote, and probably not even then).
