How come the COUNTY_LEVEL probate judge had the ability to defy a US Senater subpoena by demanding the execution of a Senate witness?

Because the Judicial branch of the govt, apparently at every level, is stronger than the Executive or the Legislative branches.

The other 2 branches of govt are unwilling/unable/afraid to stand up and challenge this.

We are ruled by judges at this point, judges who are all sticking up for each other.

We are living under judicial tyranny.
