I believe Robert Melton, an auditor in Pinellas County, has been investigating misuse of these guardian trusts. However, he's hitting a brick wall in some of the cases.
I read an article online recently that said Greer balks at auditor review, saying it's not the auditor's business. Just the law, but we know that doesn't matter.
