I saw this on the Discovery Channel. Very interesting. They said it would destroy the entire east coast for up to 12 miles inland. I'm looking for property 12.5 miles inland.

To: HarleyD; All

I'm well over 60 + miles depending on the direction it comes from. With global warming I'll be able to sit in a lawn chair and watch for it year round.

Geeeeez, I worry more about the traffic at the mall.

Get a grip all you chicken hearts (not you HarleyD). We all are going to die sometime. How is you choice. I'm not going to do it while sitting in my dark basement shivering in fear.

Pete

Hmmm, if this would include Washington D.C., then I'm going to need to see a cost/benefit analysis before I'm willing to be categorically bummed out about it.

That's not suchj a bad thing considering how those areas vote. Picture Ted Kennedy in the aftermath bobbing around like a buouy. ;-D
