Get the bad guys and Governor deserves a statement of repudiation be read before Both House of the Florida Legislature by DENNIS BAXLEY. I don't have a minute to work on this but Jeb can't just say he's heartbroken. TERRI WAS MURDERED and everybody knows it.

Tony Blankley, British native, Washington Times columnist and former aide to former Speaker Newt Gingrich, said on The McLaughin Group this weekend that Jeb Bush was a "winner" over the murder of Terri. Why? Blankley, usually a very sensible man, claimed that because Jeb did "all he could" for so long conservatives will rally to him if he were to seek the presidency later. I don't think Mr. Blankley realizes the disappointment that Terri's defenders feel toward the governor. And Jeb saying over and over that he did "all he could" will not assuage their outrage. Moreover, Bush seems in no mood to investigate the corruption of Pinellas County.

Eleanor Clift, liberal Newsweek columnist whose husband died last week too, said that the Democratic Party is the winner because of Terri's death. She also predicted that the autopsy results will show that Terri had "no brain" left.

Of the panelists, Pat Buchanan was clearly the most sympathetic to Terri. He didn't see any "winners" from the disaster but expressed hope that there will be a war against judicial tyranny unleashed as a result.

Liberal spokesman Lawrence O'Donnell said that his opposition to Terri's murder stemmed primarily from his disagreement with FL's automatic spousal prerogative in making such "life-and-death" decisions. O'Donnell said that all the judges in the case did what they should have, but that it was the FL law that was faulty.
