Oh, oh.
Doesn't sound good.
Sounds like he wants to pass away from home rather than a hospital.

On the local CBS news station they said that kidneys are failing as are other organs.

He's going to say on the job right until the end. Whoever replaces him is going to have some big shoes to fill.

I am sad for us on Earth. The Pope will have a very special place in Heaven. On Earth and as a Catholic, I pray for our future and our Church.

Ronald Reagan, Sr. Lucia, and the Pope, three people who are most recognized for the demise of the Soviet Union...all passing within a year of each other.

I can't help but be struck by the timing of this. It's almost as if God is using the Pope to contrast what happened to Terri Schiavo.
They are talking on Fox now about having no fear of death and how he is doing things God's way.

True! He is the best pope ever! I would not be surprised if there would be a move to name him John Paul the Great after his passing.

It's like the passing of Princess Diana and Mother Theresa. The life of one contrasting the life of the other.
