Look, Wal-Mart is not a licensed druggist ~ they have to hire such folks. It's really not up to Wal-Mart to decide what drugs they should sell since they have to rely on the counsel of folks licensed to do that.

Yes it is. Unless the gov't buys the drugs, stocks them, pays the stock labor, prices them, advertises the items and then hires the people to sell them.

It is not the choice of the druggist as to whether he sells them or not ... it's his job.

BTW, I never said Walmart has the right to choose what drugs they sell. Does Walmart sell BC pills, I would not know this. I mentioned items such as magazines ... which would also go along with selling condoms, videos or music ... items the average corporate-buyer could decide to obtain for Walmart. you don't need a council to decide if your company should stock "Girls Gone Wild" or not.
