Theresa Marie Schindler... May Daily Thread 2005 CALL TO ACTION: Our Fight for Justice Continues
Various Sources ^ | April 3, 2005 | floriduh voter

Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.

I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.

There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.

The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.

I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.

Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.

I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.

I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.

PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

Thanks, FV

Fortunately for me John Cornyn is supporting Delay already, but still will make the call.

I've asked my Congressman Tancredo to stand with Congressman Delay
in finding Greer in contempt of Congress.

I called Delay's office and said I supported him, as do others in CO.

I said I was calling him to encourage him to find Greer in contempt
of Congress. His aide was flat and robotically stated "I'll pass along the information."

Good for you, some people in the offices are dull, but they get the message and it gets passed along!

I just left a message with John Cornyn's office and Kay bailey Hutchison which are my U.S. Senator's from Texas. Mrs. Hutchinson's office I didn't even have to finish my sentace after I asked her to support Tom Delay and she stopped me and said, "Very good, very good, I'm passing it along". Made me feel good knowing that her office acted very postive for my phone call!

Keep us the good work Freepers!!!!!

The poll question is now about fixing or not fixing the Hubble Telescope...I think the poll question about DeLay resigning is finished, or else I could not find it, which is certainly possible! LOL!!

I think it would be very beneficial to determine the campaign contributions of the Hospice org., or its lobbyists or owners to these GOP Florida legislators.

I also think it would be good to know if any of them were connected with the End of Life Panel...the 'Project Grace' of FLorida...the two groups (felos had connection to and mary labyak actually sat in one one of them as a member) were the groups that got food and water slipped into florida law as 'aritifical means of keeping someone alive'.

I know Rep King, certainly an imbalanced and creepy man, got a big award from the Hospice organization.

What would be great to know, is HOW MUCH MONEY these sick GOP legislators got from Hospice, Partnership in Caring (the new name for the American Euthanasist organization of which felos and labyak are members, along with dr cranford and assorted other death mongers assc. with killing Terri) or other groups PAID OUT IN CASH via their own name or surrogate names to these legislators.

Always follow the money.

And I will write snail mail letters to each of these GOP members...and think it critical that FREepers who live in their consituents areas begin writing op-eds to their local papers.

IT is time to make their names known to everyone...as those who aided in the killing of Terry Schindler.

Let's pray that it was just an unsympathetic staffer - or better yet,
one in overload.

After all, Congressman Delay does have the biggest pile on in ages
falling down around him.

Father God, we pray your hedge of protection over Mr.
Delay. Lord, give him the courage to act upon what he knows
is right and just. Bring "judge" Greer to justice in your perfect timing!

It's just like the coverage of the abortion issue - the media just will not be fair. Our local newspaper printed three editorials in favor of killing Terri and basically ridiculing pro lifers or religious people. They just couldn't get enough of false reporting and deception regarding the "death process" of Terri.

When it comes to abortion, it's the same thing. They go out of their way to make pro lifers look like kooks and religious nuts and the abortionists look like heros.

It's obviously a spiritual battle that rages in the heart of each individual. It's also obvious that the MSM is rotten to the core.

It will be a miracle - AND I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES - if the truth ever comes out about what they did to Terri.

It's finished alright. They didn't like the results that they were getting for Delay's support so they yanked it.

FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION
March 24, 2005
CONTACT: Francine Walker
TELEPHONE: 850/561-5666

======================================================

I just called the FL Bar, and asked to speak with the contact above. I gave my name, and the receptionist came back to me and said she was "unavailable" and would I like to leave her a message. I did leave a loud and clear message about Ms. Johnson's outrageous statement of an "unprecedented and unjustified attack upon our judiciary."

I stated that the outrage and recriminations were justified, and that our Constitution pre-supposes that the judiciary are comprised of honorable men and women. When they prove to be otherwise, we will respond, as happened in the case of Terri Schiavo being forced to die by dehydration in the United States of America, which has sickened millions of us.

I also told her to note that a judge in FL was recently removed from office, due to injudicious behavior, and that we will not stop ... there's been a beehive stirred and millions of us are just sick and will not take it anymore. It's not going to be about liberal, conservative, democrat or republican .. it's going to be about who possesses character and integrity and errs on the side of life. I also stated my scorn that they have a link to living wills on their site .. that living wills are instruments that give permission for death, and that this culture of death is going to be fought.

I urge you all to call that number, ask for Ms. Johnson, and if transferred to a machine .. leave your message .. let them hear us loud and clear!!

Schindlers' pastor is transferred

The priest whose Pinellas church held a funeral Mass for Terri Schiavo is moving.

By WAVENEY ANN MOORE, Times Staff Writer
Published April 12, 2005

GULFPORT - The priest whose church hosted the funeral Mass for Terri Schiavo is being transferred to another parish. He says the move is a mere coincidence.

The Rev. William J. Swengros, pastor at Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, said the change is among the routine transfers regularly made in Catholic dioceses. His new assignment - St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Valrico - becomes effective July 1.

"It was a great surprise and, as always, leaving is very difficult," said Swengros, who announced the news to his parishioners at all weekend Masses.

"Some of the people have made the connection with Schiavo, but it's not that at all."

The Rev. Robert Gibbons, chancellor of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, said the meeting to decide transfers had been scheduled long before Schiavo's funeral. In all, he said, 24 priests are being moved.

"If people viewed things in terms of rewards and punishment, this would be seen as a reward," said Gibbons.

In the weeks before Terri Schiavo died, Swengros had offered his church for the woman's funeral Mass. Her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, had recently moved to the parish.

The Schindlers and their daughter's husband, Michael Schiavo, had been locked in a yearslong dispute. Bishop Robert N. Lynch, head of the 398,702 Roman Catholics in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Citrus, Hernando and Pasco counties, had advocated mediation.

Swengros said when the bishop called about the transfer, he thanked him "for all the pastoral care" he had given the Schindler family. The priest said he is looking forward to the challenge of heading a church that is more than three times larger.

"Maybe it's a sin not to send someone to heaven,"

So we have come to the Democrats thinking they are in charge of "sending someone to heaven"?? She might best leave that to God.
