Theresa Marie Schindler... May Daily Thread 2005 CALL TO ACTION: Our Fight for Justice Continues
Various Sources ^ | April 3, 2005 | floriduh voter

Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.

I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.

There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.

The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.

I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.

Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.

I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.

I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.

PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

Thanks, FV

I have a question.

Is this a copyrighted rally or is it a copyrighted phrase?

Rally To Rein In Judges is Copyright 2005 owned by TheThe Empire Journal
http://theempirejournal.com/

I don't see any mention of this rally at your site. And how do you copyright a phrase?

Fox News Saturday Night: 7:05 est "there is no evidence that Terri's rehab monies was used for other purposes." They didn't mention DCF when they laid that egg.

Then what about the fee petitions between Felos and Greer? Did that money grow from trees?

Unbelievable that DCF is totally fronting for Felos to protect Felos, Bushnell and to protect Greer... See how that works?

With the release of the cleaned up DCF report and now news that Terri's rehab funds weren't misused and that is absolutely untrue, say that the above information is true (even though it isn't).

The State of Florida through judicial fiat (Judge Greer) through no due process for Jeb Bush (Judge Baird) MURDERED TERRI SCHINDLER SCHIAVO. They murdered her, the first judicial homicide of an innocent, disabled American by a signature on a piece of paper!

NOT A DAY GOES BY that I don't think of Terri who was MURDERED. They can say they didn't rob her, isolate her, neglect her or yank all her teeth out for the junior college without anesthesia BUT THEY CAN'T SAY THEY DID NOT MURDER HER BECAUSE THEY DID.

Let's make sure the COVERUP OF THE COVERUP on their part is a total failure.

Not a day goes by. FV

The gnat-straining CYA exercise is virtually complete.

They're real good at it.

But no matter how many gnats they strain out, they can never hide the camel they've eaten; i.e. the fact that a young woman is dead, and that they have killed her.

One more question. Have you heard anything about this?

Did Michael and Jodi meet before Terri's 1990 collapse?

Yes, this is horrid and it took a lot of people to murder her but now they report locally that Terri wasn't abused, neglected, her rehab funds weren't misused.

They are re-writing her history and caging at Hospice "Slabside" that she was held in a Hospice for terminally ill patients even though she wasn't terminally ill and could have LIVED IN A HOME SETTING, supposed to live to be 60s or 70s.

Pls read my last two posts.

Good points. Let's see what can be done.

Wondering if people have considered this as something worthwhile to be pursued. See commends below from another:

>>
>> The first thing I disagree with and has shocked me beyond belief is
>> the fact that Michael was allowed to be her guardian, and make any
>> decision whatsoever in her life.If he had been prevented from that
>> none of the other would have happened.
>>
>> Has anything been done about bombarding our lawmakers to pass a law
>> that if a spouse is helpless mentally or physically that they be
>> allowed to divorcee a spouse who is living with and has children with
>> another woman. Also a law needs to be passed that prevents a spouse
>> with Michaels actions from ever being a guardian. The media has made
>> much of the PVS and other issues, but I have never heard the
>> mainstream media bring up the fact he should never have been the
>> guardian, and that would have prevented this.

Those are good ideas that I would only entrust with Dennis Baxley or Daniel Webster or Rep. Wise of Fla. Legislature. Greer wouldn't recuse himself because of "the plan" and Michael had to remain guardian because of "the plan". The entire world knows this. If the laws weren't clear and convincing enough, they should be revisited.

When you have corrupt judges, you have to impeach and jail them.

Please give us folks who don't have cable a quick word about the DeLay speech, if you have time.

The liberal Dems are trying to reduce the Republican Party to R.I.N.O.s or replace them with Dems.

This from excerpt wnd.com:

'"That's because the substance doesn't matter – all that matters is the attacks themselves, that they be kept up until more and more spineless pencil-necks like Connecticut Republicans Chris Shays and Rob Simmons break and crack under pressure. Hillary knows exactly what she is doing. Target the strongest force the GOP has in Congress – DeLay – keep targeting until Republicans surrender and retreat in disarray, then pick up the easy pieces in 2006."

DeLay has taken heat from both media and Democratic lawmakers for alleged ethics violations and his role in trying to save the life of Terri Schiavo."

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43804

So let's thank DeLay and ask him to keep fighting against judicial tyranny,

---->and let's ALSO, please, contact our U.S. senators and congresspersons and tell them to SUPPORT Tom DeLay.

Tom DeLay contact info:

The smoky backroom at free republic is full of apologists for the people responsible for Terri's murder. The good news is thtt they are in the minority. The weird news is that they don't think Jeb's inaction will hurt the GOP. How wrong they are. Don't get in there. They are lightweight little ants. Not worth the trouble.

I'm calling Tom Delay again on Monday. The games being played in Pinellas County and Florida must come to an end.

The point made in post # 1449 is something that I've been saying for a long time. It's encouraging to hear someone else make the same point. We allow a spouse to be his/her partner's guardian because of what marriage represents. Marriage is supposed to be a unique coming together of a man and a woman to make a family unit. They are supposed to be bound to one another and one another's interests in a way that neither is bound to any other person.

In this situation, Michael Schiavo had left his wife and had entered into this relationship with another woman. Even if we interpret his actions in the most blameless light, he shouldn't have been making Terri's decisions. Even if he didn't cause her health problems; even if he truly believed that Terri was gone and that he was released to pursue other relationships because the "death do us part" phrase in the marriage vow had happened, he shouldn't have continued as Terri's guardian.

Rather than continuing to tilt at windmills to keep anyone from ever pulling a feeding tube again, the pro-life movement should be involved first in changing the laws so that all decisions are made by the appropriate people. If the right people are making the decisions, the decisions will usually be as close to right as they can be in a fallen world.

Bill

I was visiting Tom Tancredo's website yesterday, whom I usually like, and this was on it:

"FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: Carlos Espinosa, 202/225-7882

April 15, 2005

Tancredo Statement on Majority Leader DeLay

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Tom Tancredo (CO-06) today said of embattled Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX):

“I believe that all of the charges against Tom DeLay I have seen to date lack merit. I believe they are being leveled in the hopes of brining him down, and with him the Republican Majority,” said Tancredo. “However if the Majority Leader were to temporarily step aside so that these trumped up charges can be dealt with in a less hostile environment, as they have proven to be an unnecessary distraction, it may be a productive move.”'

# # # #

Back to "Sun" OK, now it was good that Tancredo said that charges against DeLay lack merit, etc.

HOWEVER, Tancredo said that DeLay should "temporarily step aside....." I e-mailed Tancredo and said that if an effective Republican should step aside each time there were BOGUS accusations, nothing good would ever get done.

That's why I think we need to call our congresspeople and U.S. senators and tell them to support DeLay.

DeLay did absolutely NOTHING wrong, but when the Dems DO do something wrong, they stand by each other.

Pelosi was actually FINED for wrong doings, & she's still there.

I also called the Republican National Committee and told them that Republicans don't support each other when the chips are down.

I agree. Why was the court so intent on giving Terri what she wanted when they thought she wanted death yet they didn't even bother to give her a divorce from a spouse that was cheating on her and having children with another woman. Certainly she would have "WANTED" a divorce! I would like to know how come the court didn't grant her that wish.

I got word of Tancredo's Rat Credo on Fox News Channel when they giddily posted their graphic "2nd Republican Calls for Delay Ouster".

I called Tancredo's DC office but his voice mailbox was full. I called his Colorado office and left the message he should recant or resign.

I called Delay's congressional office but the voice mailbox was full. I called the majority leader office and left a message of support.

I called Hastert but his voice mailbox was full. I called majority whip Blunt and left a message Tancredo must be disciplined.

I emailed president@whitehouse.gov, vicepresident@whitehouse.gov, and kenmehlman@gop.com (also chairman@gop.com) to support Delay and discipline Tancredo.

I will be faxing tonight.

Tancredo purported to be such a hottie for border control but called on the Minutemen to stand down.

Tancredo saw Delay is effective so betrayed him to grab headlines.

Again, the remedy for Tancredo is to sit him down and tell him his dog-waste facial may have made him the darling of the leftist propaganda machine but has made him weasel non grata among his former party.

Now we have Howard Dean ranting to a homosexual breakfast that Democrats will make an issue of Terri Schiavo, and of Delay's support for her.

The enemies of life stand up and identify themselves.

The defenders of life have likewise done so.

And a footnote: Tom Delay never recruited for the Ku Klux Klan, nor killed any women in his Oldsmobile, nor ran any homosexual prostitution rings out of his townhouse--so many things Tom Delay has never done that the anti-life pols have indeed done with impunity.

George Felos Promotes Terri's Murder

George Felos Attorney, Right-to-Die Expert & Author Program Title - The Terri Schiavo Saga: From Family Fight to Constitutional Crisis

Can the government tell you how to live... or die?

George Felos, America’s foremost right-to-die expert and attorney for Michael Schiavo, says no. He fought successfully in U.S. courts at every level—and overcame the Congress and both Governor Bush and President Bush—for Terri Schiavo’s right-to-die. Felos’ career of confronting legal and ethical dilemmas gives him license to present the compelling argument that individual rights are constitutionally protected, regardless of social (religious, economic, etc.) implications.

At the podium, Felos electrifies audiences by using the Schiavo case as an illustration to explore the clash between fundamental liberties and how individual constitutional rights and ethics are eroding in today’s society. His thought-provoking lecture presentation combines legal logic with a moral compass and his unique understanding of the right to live—and die—in America.

Felos has championed the cause of death with dignity since the late 1980s, when he argued the landmark case in Florida, which established an individual’s constitutional right to refuse or have withdrawn unwanted medical treatment. Since that time – as an attorney, author (Litigation as Spiritual Practice), educator, Hospice patient volunteer, and Board Chair of the world’s largest non-profit hospice, he has guided patients and their families in their quest for humane and dignified end-of-life-care.

Mr. Felos frequently appears on television and radio programs around the world, including Today, Good Morning America, Early Show, Larry King Live, On the Record with Greta Van Sustern, The O'Reilly Factor, Inside Edition, All Things Considered, and the BBC, among others. He resides in Florida.
