DCF HAD to find no wrongdoing - otherwise they would have been guilty BECAUSE THEY DID NOTHING!!!!!!!
They picked 2001 for the start date but Terri's dcf file goes back much further than 2001 and A BROKEN WHEELCHAIR COMES TO MIND. I guess that's okay in Florida. So is BEING ISOLATED IN ONE ROOM FOR FOUR YEARS. Guess that's okay. DCF is a disgrace. Florida is a mess. Now Bill O'Reilly is using the term "open seaon" on women and children. I used that term here the other day. O'Reilly stealing my material tonight. hah!
the DCFS in FL has already shown they don't do their job by losing children, and kids getting killed left in right in their state!
