No, its called focusing on the race instead of the crime. All of the focus on the race of the perps and the victim just perpetuates the racist stereotype that republicans (unfairly) have.
This is the same thing that we on the right complain about when the left does it. When a crime is committed, punish the person committing the crime rather than trying so hard to find a societal root cause to it. Rape is wrong and it doesn't matter if the person grew up in white baptist church environment or in P Diddy's house - the crime should be focused on not the person's race.

Sure they do. However, when one group that represents about 10% of the population, commits the majority of the violent crimes in america... its not racist to NOTICE this little fact.

Which is why I focussed on the name name of the principle instead (see just above)
And btw, we do focus on other things, but when a white guy does it, generally the other people in the immediate population point it out if they see it and do something about it. Taking a criminal justice class, I can say a minority population is less inclined to trust the police and is more inclined to disrespect authority. This kind of population fosters deviant behavior.
I'd say the kid with the video-tape did partly the right thing, but other than that, why were there a dozen sheep-minded kids simply WATCHING it happen?

Fatherless males are disproportionately more likely to commit violent crimes (regardless of race), and it is a safe bet that the perps in this case are born-out-of-wedlock, fatherless males. Of course, as soon as you mention out-of-wedlock births, accusations of racism will fly, because illegitimacy is a norm in the black community.

If you look at crime stats, rape is committed at a significantly higher rate by black males than by white males. This is almost certainly due to 70% black illegitimacy.
