CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) -- A judge has ordered state officials to release summaries of their investigations into the treatment of Terri Schiavo, the severely brain-damaged woman who died last month after her feeding tube was removed.
Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer gave the state Department of Children and Families until Monday to release the records on dozens of investigations into complaints that Schiavo was mistreated. None of the allegations were substantiated

This goes right up there with Michael claiming to have ordered an autopsy that was in fact required by law. More public relations stunts.
Summaries are by definition edited information. Greer has ordered the release of documents on which editing has now been completed, by someone. Conclusions aren't hard to draw.

It's a pre drawn conclusion. On the other hand, if the summary is going to be made available to the media, then maybe Scoop 1's team can get the REAL story straight.
This is a total smoke and mirrors job. The so-called "summary" is just going to be the redacted one page thing issued by Nagatani's office and/or other DCF superiors saying that the allegations are unfounded. That's why Felos is grinning from ear to ear while his tongue is flicking. Trust me, if there was ANY crucial, viable information in these "summaries" Greer never would have made them public. Prior DCF investigators have indicated that they wanted to go further with their inquiries but were told by higher-=ups to close it out, that they weren't going to get involved. What is needed is an investigation of DCF. It's time for Bush, Crist and DOJ to get off the time and order a grand jury investigation. Bush can and should, as he is constitutionally empowered, order the grand jury investigation in this case without further delay. The ineptness and corruption in DCF is statewide---just cause for a state grand jury
We need a miracle that will cause the truth, and whole truth and nothing but the truth, to come out. Amen. No justice, no peace. Many of us are still not sleeping right. I can't get the image of Terri being dehydrated/starved to death in the hospice out of my mind and heart. It's just too gruesome and ghoulish. God have mercy.
every move Greer makes is a political one. I think he has advisors. I don't think he's smart enough to think things through on his own. Whomever his advisor is is diabolical and Greer is just plain evil imo.
Californis is trying to pass euthanasia legislation too. The image of Terri is frightening for her family and for us, it's just too gruesome to imagine. What's wrong with California? Why are they following Florida's stupid example?

He spoke to the his investigation and claimed that IT COULD NEVER BE COMPLETED BECAUSE MICHAEL SHIAVO WOULD NOT ALLOW access TO TERRI.
EVER.
So if ALL of these investigations were ALL STOPPED from completion because michael shitschiavo would NEVER allow access to Terri...would never allow her to be examined as ALL ABUSE INVESTIGATIONS ENTAIL...........

The guy of Fox just said the eighty nine allegations were extraoridinarily sketchy, no names, no details, no ANYTHING accept the allegation and the 'no foundation' response.
I PRAY someone in the DCF has had it with greer and comes forward with the paperwork....and the actualy STIFLING of each and every investigation that michael schiavo................THE PERP...........was allowed to halt.

Actually LaBelle was only a director of ACPD. I believe the attorney in charge of the so-called investigation was a Grissom or something like that. He confirmed that the investigation couldn't proceed because MRS refused to allow an independent Harvard neurologist to examine Terri. That's an interference with an investigation and MRS should have been prosecuted. So why wasn't he? How about it George Greer? Why wasn't he? This whole thing is just a sham. Greer should be arrested for interferring. He knows damn well those reports are going to show nothing or be so heavily redacted they're useless. This is a farce and in insult to the people's intelligence.

No doubt Felos has already written it, and gotten Greer to proofread, to make certain it does not disagree with any of Greers sacred "facts".

Altogether, it's about 44 pages. The quality of the PDFs are not good in places, but except where the specific information was redacted as ordered (blacked out), they are fully legible (although I had to increase the image size a bit in a couple of particularly "murky" places to read it comfortably).

Keep that faith. Terri is in good hands finally and one day all those evil bozos will have to answer to the man upstairs. I pray we never have to witness men USING the LAW in such a heartless manner to execute a helpless, diabled human being who they deemed unworthy of life.
