Judge Greer's order releasing the DCF abuse reports says nothing about "summaries." What it says is, "ORDERED and ADJUDGED that good cause has been shown that the nine final reports of abuse investigations should be released to the public subject to the redaction of (1)the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the callers/reporters of the abuse allegations; (2) any individual's Social Security numbers or birth dates; and (3) the names or initials of nurses or employees where Mrs. Schiavo resided who were interviewed by DCF and (4) the name of the doctor indicated above."

DCF has released the 9 reports, and you can read them, along with Judge Greer's order, via the following links (PDF format):

Altogether, it's about 44 pages. The quality of the PDFs are not good in places, but except where the specific information was redacted as ordered (blacked out), they are fully legible (although I had to increase the image size a bit in a couple of particularly "murky" places to read it comfortably).

I don't know that I can follow the line of reasoning that GW Bush, Jeb Bush, the FLA legislature, Judge Greer, Felos, Schiavo, and the hospice staff are all complicit in Terri Schiavo's death. Is the entire state run like the mob or something? Is it possible to believe in such a grand conspiracy to kill ONE woman?
