Posted on 04/19/2005 11:07:48 AM PDT by ken5050

OK..here's what we know..Senate is in recess for the weekly party caucus luncheons. Supposed to resume at 2:15. on C-span 2.. The Foreign Relations committee is supposed to meet at 2:45 to vote on the Bolton nomination. Lugar has refused requests for a delay. Just before the Senate recessed, Reid objected to Frist's UC request for the Froeign Relations committee to meet today. Frist withdrew his request..

Have tried calling his D.C. line, but it's permanently busy. His telephone wire must have melted down.

I hope this "too busy to make it to the meetings" RINO gets the message. It ain't business as usual, circa 1970, any more!

The sad thing is, Voinovich is bulletproof in this state.

Is there ANY chance to get a good Senator in this state?

Any names? Anyone up and coming? How about any good State Senators that could make the jump?

At this point, I am pondering how to get MYSELF elected. Couldn't be that hard. Just promise a lot of crap and then do what I want. Sounds easy enough.

back off!

Just imagine how much more informative and instructive your posts would be if you had had some oxygen when you were born.

Police your own sorry self, please. You and your ilk tend to ruin FR with your silly CLIQUE of self-righteous high school sorority sisters.

Go out doors and get some fresh air. You are acting as a fool ........ notice, I did not call you a fool .... I just said that you are acting as one. Got it?

Cool it, I don't wish for any dissonance with you........ it's a beautiful day................ and, the libs are going nuts over the new very correct Pope.

Take care.......

Karl Rove is standing by Tom DeLay......... all is well.......... almost all is well........ except for Ohio's George Voinovich.

:-)

Now lets go work on the "death tax" removal and other things.

Excellent letter! I stayed up too late last night reading all the threads. Hope you don't mind if I borrow it to send to the RNC as well--and pass it on to our friends. I've been looking for a clever answer to their unending appeals.

Great idea! How about not signing it too--and writing the names of the turncoats all over it in red ink. If they get bombarded with these we might--wishful thinking--see a little action!

That cryptic remark to you was merely a DEFENSIVE reaction to you INSTRUCTING me to "back off" to someone.......... God only knows why you felt the need to post that to me. Who do you seem to think you are?

Perhaps you are divine..... or have a very high opinion of yourself. Why do you consider yourself instructive when you are not? When you begin aggression with me AS YOU DID, you get a response from me. Sorry, that's the way it is.

Now........... have a very good day ....... and I mean that.

I am trying to find out names of qualified people to support INSTEAD of Dewine in 2006. Know of any?

Oh excuse me for not liking to be insulted by your "lack of oxygen" post to me

You came here with the intention of causing trouble by "policing" language

But I started it .. sure .. whatever

You have a lovely day also

Do you guys ever study past confirmation hearings? This rush to a vote was highly irregular. That was plain to see.

And how did you feel about the sentence Sandy Berger received?

It wasn't a rush-to-a-vote, but good use of a talking point?

Go find a new home at DU.
