I hate it when that happens.

You can't rape a man.Billy Jeff Klintoon said oral isn't sex therefore there could be no rape. She was railroaded.

a man's performance is coextensive with his willingness, so to speak -- therefore if he engages, he was willing. Bullcrap. The body can respond to stimulation involuntarily.

What kind of wussie boy girlie man would report this event to the authorities in the first place?
Whatever happened to a firm but polite: "Madame, if you do not cease this unseemly behavior immediately I shall be forced to deal with you quite harshly!"?

From the sign, does that mean it is okay between 12 am and 12 pm?

A mans body responding to stimulation doesn't equal consent.It does with me. If I'm responding, I'm consenting.

You can't rape a man.
Why not? Because you can't rape the willing.

I disagree. A mans body responding to stimulation doesn't equal consent. Excellent point. A woman's body responding to stimulation during forced rape has never been accepted as evidence of "consent."

How is it possible to rape a man?I knew a girl who claimed she raped a gay guy.
Considering that she broke his nose, and cracked his jaw and beat him pretty badly, I didn't want details.
And if your wondering, she was one fat ugly looking thing.

When this was first posted (when the woman was just charged, not yet found guilty), there was speculation he pressed charges because his wife or girlfriend had found out something had happened, and he wanted to cover his rear, alleging himself a victim.

This guy will never again be able to:
A) Play in a live poker game;
B) Join an organized sports league;
C) Begin any conversation with the phrase "Did you see the (blank) on her?"

The reason we're all beating our heads (no pun intended) over this one is because its missing the usual "he said no" and "she continued/restrained him" etc.
I doubt a male would be convicted of rape in this case either since its missing the "they said no" aspect. Of course this is all predicated on whether he was sober, or willing to give consent in the first place.

The concept of reimbursing the victim is as old as the Vikings. When a man had committed a crime, such as a murder, back in Viking days, he was exiled, and had to give all of his possessions to the family of the slain.

Of course this is all predicated on whether he was sober, or willing to give consent in the first place.If he's too drunk to say "no thanks," I'm guessing he's too drunk to rise to the occasion anyway.
