WMAL AM 630 ^ | 5/9/05 | Michael Graham

Posted on 05/09/2005 6:55:58 AM PDT by fr4tad

Michael Graham 9 to noon host on WMAL in DC tried to attend an illegal immigrant rally in Montgomery County MD on Saturday and was roughed up by attendees. He was detained by police who demanded ID. His ABC correspondent ID was not good enough! He was wearing a homemade INS shirt (picture on WMAL web site), which he says stood for "I Need border Security!". Story continues to develop. Listen to his show on now at the WMAL web site.

Just what I'd expect from Monkey County, Maryland. What a bunch of meatheads.

Holy Crap! Up is Down, Black is White! The ILLEGAL immigrants have free rein and the Legal American Citizens are subject to arrest! Talk about irony!

My understanding of the incident is that Michael Graham has a basis for a federal civil rights suit based on the police failure and refusal to protect his First Amendment rights. Let's see if he steps up to it instead of just running his mouth.

I wonder if that's how they would have treated a reporter from the Washington Post. And if they treated the Post reporter like they treated Michael Graham, what the consequences would have been.

When are people going to realize that citizens do not have a say in this country? THe righs of the illegals trump those of citizens. We must not stop those who wish to further the American economy by driving down wages and who know how to get free government services. We need to just sit down and pay our homage, I mean taxes, so these godsends can live amongst us. </sarcasm>
