Gee, do we dare think that all the illegal pom-pom wavers might've actually figured out that what many of us have been saying for years might actually be true?.......and that we're not a bunch of racists and our only desire is to preserve American sovereignty from the NWO crowd? I'm not ready to go that far but I'm cautiously optimistic.

This POS Vicente Fox sounds like a racist. And the pale face white Spanish ruling class of Mexico is racist and are happy to see the brown people they use as doormats leave Mexico in droves.

When we partner up with Mexico we are "Shackled to an ungrateful corpse" http://www.vdare.com/sailer/mexico.htm

I have been saying that for years. It only makes sense, they have lots of raw materials and willing labor, all they need is the capital and know how, and we have that.

How about you and I start the movement? :)

You're right! They have plenty of raw materials...oil, minerals, fertile land, tourism and a willing labor force. One of their biggest stumbling blocks is a corrupt government. If we sent in our own Governors and cleaned out the corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, their economy would soar! Their standard of living would improve and the level of poverty would drop.

It is Fox who treats his citizens as "undesireables". They are merely used as trade, barter and are refugees that he has chosen the US citizens to handle instead of their own country providing for them.

Whatever.

Fact is many local economies would suffer if the so-called illegal immigration were dealt with by existing law.

It's time to play "The Deguello" towards Mexico.

When you say 'socialism', do you mean Americans refusing to be reduced to a 1900 level of workplace safety, benefits, and standard of living ?

"There is no doubt that Mexicans, filled with dignity, willingness and ability to work are doing jobs that not even blacks want to do there in the United States," he said in a speech broadcast in part on local radio and reported on newspaper web sites.

Fox, the Mexican racist.

Local economies are being drained by the social services consumed by masses of poor people. The only ones who benefit are those who get to hire cheap labor at below the American standard of living.

"I am humbled and grateful to stand on the shoulders of groups like La Raza. And the future I see from this vantage point is filled with even higher vistas of accomplishment ..."

And everyone is stranding on the shoulders of the US taxpayer. There will be no "higher vistas of" anything, when the US taxpayers all shrug.

" Fact is many local economies would suffer if the so-called illegal immigration were dealt with by existing law."

Fact is , your "fact" is pure propagandistic crap!

They are taking tens of thousands of blue collar jobe white and black people were happy to do.

But a general contractor can pay an illegal $ 110.00 a day cash, under the table, with no benefits, no social security contributions, and no state disability payments, instead of paying an American the same or slightly higher wage WITH these taxes and benefits. It comes out to an extra 5-10,000 profit per house. This times a 50 house tract is an extra 250-500,000 profit per tract.

But now, the illegal is happy with his 550.00 per week, tax free, and the contractor gets richer, and the American takes it in the rear!!

Thanks for posting that. I try to keep up with Mexico politics but missed this. Carlos Slim is the 4th largest billionaire behind Bill Gates, one of the most wealthy men in the world. Carlos Slim also backs Lopez Obrador, the Mexico City mayor, for president of Mexico. This doesn't look good for us at all as Obrador will just be a puppet of Slim.

...said Mexican migrants do jobs "that not even blacks want to do."

An interesting statement by Mexico's criollo President.

1. Notice, they have dropped the line "will not do" and substituted "don't want to do". Subtle but it makes a difference.

2. the phrase "even blacks" informs us of a dirty little secret, that Mexico's white ruling class actually harbors some less than progressive racial attitudes.

3. And of course, the entire speech never for a moment suggested that the government of Mexico had any obligation for the well being of their rural poor, whom they regard as much as an easily exploitable underclass as do the Ted Kennedys and John McCains of the world.

4. One wonders how much of the whole pro illegal argument is really less about "worker's rights" and "competitiveness" and more about getting their lawns mowed cheap?

No, the only ones that benefit are the small business owners whose hired help show up everyday sober and eager to work.

I live in Socialist Montgomery County, MD., so having law enforcement and politicians ignore the elephant in the room is no stranger to me.

I don't know how illegal immigration has affected your local community but here, the ramifications of enforcing immigration laws would destroy business here.

You see, I'm not talking about the hired help...I'm talking about the consumers.

They buy Big Macs too, you know!

I think old Vincente stepped in burro dung with his injection of American blacks into his comments. Quite a racist remark, if you ask me. Insinuating that blacks are on some lower level. I wonder if others feel the same.
