That is certainly true - but a 13 or 14 year old boy is often adult-sized, and in better shape than a 60-year-old man. An even fight, imo ... although of course there should have been some other outcome, like the boys' being permanently evicted from the bus system beginning the next day ... only the school system isn't allowed to do that ...
Man, if I'd gotten into a fight with a bus driver at the age of 13, my dad would've killed me.
Looks like the bus driver initiated the violence - a no-no with 13 year olds. He needed to be charged.
I doubt these boys have resident fathers.
The parents should be publicly whipped for raising the little animals.
He should have beat the two bastards till they couldnt walk.

The kids on my daughter's bus got a bit out of hand last week, so the driver turned around and took them all back to the school. The next day they acted up and she refused to leave the school parking lot.
You couldn't pay me enough to drive teenagers around.
An adult can inflict serious physical on a teen, yes. A teen can kill an adult with a punch. It happened several years ago in southwest Missouri; the man had a heart attack after the punch. The kid was charged with murder, but acquitted by a jury.

I do not have kids in school..but my tax dollars are paying for this. Call the police, have them pick up the kids and expell them from the bus for a month and let their parents pick them up from school! why is that so difficult to figure out? what is wrong with these government schools? Ban the monstors from the bus. Period.
Now we are going to have to pay more tax dollars to have deputies on the bus cause these parents can't raise decent kids. I blame the bus driver for hitting the kids, but having said that, he should be allowed to ban the kid from the bus.
