I think it was a strategic mistake for the Dems to make this fuss about judges, they should have held their fire until the Supremes came up to bat.

I think that not using the nuclear option here is wise, hold our fire until the Supreme Battle comes up, this is what this is all about anyway.

I still despise McPain, and will never vote for him for anything.

Even old Mr Scottish Law himself, Spector, stayed loyal.

I think this will work out for the best in the end.

You can't trust a demoncrap, you just made a deal with the devil(s). Watch and see what happens to your "TRUST"

Agreed. Three will be voted on and the others remain in play, and the whole scenario can move forward in case this needs to play out on them.

Meanwhile, I think Byrd (D-KKK) just said he remembered Ben Franklin.

All this BS serves to do is MAKE it virtually IMPOSSIBLE for the GOP to ever try to envoke the "NUCLEAR" option. Bird JUST SAID, "They SAVED the REPUBLIC".

Friggin' UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Frist was right to make the fight over female judges. The strategy was to force the vote for Owen or Brown, who would be so much harder for the MSM to demonize. Now the Byrd option will be fought over a white male, which the dems think they have a better chance of defeating.

Your right that is why the RINO's and Dems made the deal. Real Republican lose out here.

Do you think any deal was done without the consent of the President?

Whether you like it or not McKain leads.

Agreed. Which is why I'd rather see Hillary win over him. McStain is more dangerous.

This is a BIG loss for us. We get NOTHING.

There is no way that the president is behind this.
