What is allen saying?
He is trying to explain his thinking. I am SO out of patience with Lindsey Graham!
He's saying this was NOT a compromise that HE wanted! He wanted an up... or down vote. He's pretty much dumbfounded about the whole mess... he says the 7 Republicans 'backed down'.
