Here is a discussion of Hate Speech Laws from the first lawsuit on Fallachi's Rage and Pride. She beat that one. Let's hope she beats this one too.

At the sight of an Israeli tank a baby Jesus in a crèche asks: “Are they going to kill me for a second time?” A heated debate followed in the papers. Many resentful letters were sent to the editor and numerous Catholic readers filed protests. The president of the Union of Jewish Communities, Amos Luzzatto, strongly criticised the return of the accusation of deicide, cancelled by the Second Vatican Council. The director of La Stampa distanced himself from the author of the cartoon. The same day someone wrote “Israelis Murderers” on the walls of a synagogue in Siena."

Hate speech is a convenient means of enforcing political correctness,and supporting leftist and pro-Muslim causes, via selective enforcement.
