He's violated so many things it's hard to know what to go after first.
He's obviously violated his provider's terms of service, he also is guilty of stalking and harassment.
We would probably have to, individually, get whatever info we could and file complaints locally with the courts.
We would need his IP addies.

I don't think the voters would vote for another Bush even if he WAS a great candidate. Americans have a thing against "dynastys".
Unfortunately, I think JEB is a great candidate. If GW had never run, JEB would have been a shoo in.
