Yes, and people like displaced construction workers will make a living again and college kids will get some of those jobs.
If cheap labor is the be all, end all, then we can convert super tankers to cattle cars and import a billion chinese and Indians and what have you. Then we could have a two tiered caste society with the illegals as "untouchables".
