And just who who does not believe can follow the law?

Jesus fulfilled the law for us.

Somebody who just believes in God doesn't have that, and therefore still stands condemned in the eyes of a just God.

Old Billy is not immortal...apparently senility is setting in, ie. Hillary to lead the nation and this latest bit of wisdom.

Why would someone decide to go to hell?

Where in the bible did you read this?

The trees cry out the truth of Jesus Christ.

If you die without him, you are guilty and will go to hell, even if nobody has told you thet Gospel.

This isn't unfair or unloving because you had your chance just by looking at the stars.

God will do all he can to save a person, so the argument that he would let anyone die WHO HE WANTED SAVED is silly. He doens't want everyone saved like many think.

"I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion and harden whom I will harden."

Some people he will let die in their sins instead of electing them to life.

Hell must be full of blind, deaf, mentally challenged people that have not been able to believe in God because they can not learn about God.

Hell will be full of sinners, heaven will be full of sinners saved by God's grace.

I don't pretend to know how all will be judged by God. However, I do believe God is loving and merciful and wants all of us in His Kingdom.

I've always hoped that when the day comes for all of us to stand before God it will be made very clear before judgment is made who Christ really is. If at that time we still choose to deny him we will have to rely on our own deeds to grant us salvation. Relying on such will be hopeless, in the eyes of God our deeds fall far short...

In the end, I believe we will be very surprised who we meet up with in Heaven. God has made it clear that no sin is unforgivable.

Overall, there is only one thing that I am sure of: I have been granted salvation through Christ. I have been saved by grace and grace alone........

Heaven will be full of the "least among us".

Luke 9:46 There arose an argument among them about which of them was the greatest. 9:47 Jesus, perceiving the reasoning of their hearts, took a little child, and set him by his side, 9:48 and said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in my name receives me. Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great.”

His point if I remember and relate accurately was:
"Can someone that does not beleive in Jesus be saved?"
Answer.
"I don't know, they may be"

the current move of some leaders in Christianity to preach a gospel that teaches salvation apart from a conscious, biblical awareness of Christ as the only way to God.

So God would condemn those who, through no fault of their own, did not know Christ explicitly, but who "knew" Him by serving Truth to the best of their abilities?

Mr. Graham's position, as I understand it, is compatible with Catholicism.

I see your logical point, but if they are true believers, they must obey the Commission of Christ to go to all nations. I have had this discussion many times, and your logic is good, except that if we are obedient, we do what Jesus told us to do.

A different term is used for "paradice" in the old testament, it is the place were God dwells. But it is strictly for those that follow Christ. See the gospel of John chapter 14 verse 6.

Thank-you. That has to be the funniest thing I've read all day.

Rejecting and backsliding/or being lazy are different things.

Recently a Southern Baptist friend told me you could only accept/have a chance at a relationship with the Lord once.

She quoted Hebrews ch 6 as proof of this. I asked about the prodigal son. She replied that the prodigal son was unsaved. You have to have some place to leave.

Through God's grace we are saved from ourselves. Repeatedly.
