Have you noticed the MSM haven't given a bit of airtime to the 7 democrat "mavericks"? Where is all the gloating by Sissy Matthews and his ilk? Will they be treated like rock stars for siding with Roberts? Or portrayed as turncoats? It's only when republicans side with the left, do the turncoats get rock star treatment by Sissy et al.
In other words, send us somebody like Ruth Bader Marxist Ginsberg.
Even "moderate" RATS are total idiots. Has Scalia or Thomas "blown the place up"? We need to eradicate the RAT leadership the same way we should eradicate al-Qaeda--both are enemies of America.
Any nominee who is as far to the right as Ginsburg is to the left should not be classified as an extremist.

No. But not for lack of trying, just for lack of numbers.
I don't even count Scalia with Thomas. Scalia had no problem warping the Necessary and Proper clause to suit his purposes, and misuse of that clause could be just as bad as misuse of the Commerce Clause. Thomas and Thomas alone has shown consistent restraint in reading what the words in the Constitution mean.
The greatest fear of the Dems would be five Clarence Thomas mindset judges - because it would be bye-bye to most of the New Deal and subsequent offspring. That, IMO, is what Lieberman means by blowing the place up - blowing up the expanded federal government.
Lieberman was twisting himself into knots this morning on Imus trying to leave the door open to find something on which to base an oppostition to Roberts.

Republicans are still playing soft ball while the Democrats are bringing in their closer's.
They constantly refer to any conservative as an "extremist", "far right" etc. We should do the same in relation to Ginsberg. Front line Republicans should constantly refer to her as:
'ultra progressive', a 'liberal elitist judge', 'extremist', and other adjectives. We do not do it enough.
