I don't see how Mary Jo Kopechne's death could possibly be considered an accident, a tragic accident. Guess it depends on which story you believe.

Unless you are claiming Kennedy PURPOSELY drove his car into a canal to drown Mary Jo, then it WAS an ACCIDENT.

I can claim that Jabba PURPOSELY left her in the car to die, because she was still alive for many minutes after he crawled his sorry ass away from the scene AND THEN SHE DIED AND THAT PART WAS NO ACCIDENT!
