And if a business started to use blasphemy and speak out against God? Would Government become involved in the founding days? Providence RI is full of people who were shipped out with unpopular ideas and clubs. Government did get involved then, albeit a different case but they did get involved under the right circumstances and circumstances have changed.

My point is that the founding fathers had more respect for private property rights and less tolerance for governmental meddling than now exists. Are you in favor of governmental involvement when someone is offended in a place of business?
