I think now that FEMA's had a few days to asess things, things are going to get better in a hurry.

Why should the levee be bush's fault? The funding for that is a clinton era project, or possibly Bush senior, I believe. I know they were working on the bridge at old hammond rd. in 98...and clinton turned down a request for funding to bring levee strength up to category 5 standards....
