Sometimes solutions are too simple. They could have used a freakin' blimp(s) with a scrolling marquee using the ticker feed from FOX or CNN to spill in continuous updates to the crowds.

It's football season, so they must be a lot of them up and ready to display advertisements over many stadiums on football Sundays.
