A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I were watching some documentary on prehistoric life. Millions of years ago, the air temperature on Earth increased dramatically. The narrator said it was one of the causes of dinosaur extinction. I turned to my wife and said, "It's all Bush's fault."

No need for the sarcasm tag ... they actually are saying at the DU that the military is creating these hurricanes and purposely did this one to get Cindy out of the news and other assorted conspiracies.  I am not kidding either.
