Just MHO, but this race talk is going to make the average American sooooo mad. They know it's just not true.

What the libs may be trying to accomplish is swing the Dem black base back toward their party, as many were departing due to gay marriage issues.

But it's just not going to work...people have eyes, they can see and hear from the grateful people that are being rescued. And I've heard many positive interviews with black residents of NO.

It'll be more than 6 months before people are moving back in, imo. With the exceptions of the higher areas, (and depending on the wind direction).

CNN was playing it every half hout last night.

The moron also said, I will give as much as my business manager will allow me.

Gee looks like he is looking for every tax loophole before he helps the people.

Looks like money is more important to him than people.

if you did give to the Red Cross you must specify it is to go to Hurricane Katrina relief. Otherwise they could use that money in other areas as they did for 9-11.

You can direct your contribution to one of seven Red Cross funds. Go to www.redcross.org to get their contribution form.

However, the Red Cross guy on Fox last night was trying to sell some line because they aren't in the city. He said they weren't allowed in because it was too dangerous. Well if the Salvation Army is in there, I highly doubt that's the truth.

Sounds like a policy decision from the RC headquarters. RC doesn't exactly have a sterling rep, either (been known to charge for stuff that was donated to them).

re: I have yet to trust the Red Cross again after the way they screwed around with 9/11 donations

My Dad, who is long since deceased, was in the Navy during WWII. For 40 plus years I heard him, and my Mother, say they would never have any respect for, or trust in, the Red Cross. I asked them why, several times, but they would only say that it had to do with my Dad needing emergency leave to get home when his Mom passed away. They were never bitter toward the Red Cross, just always said they would never trust or respect the organization.

re: I think he was wishing he wasn't in that scene.

His body language says it all! Notice how he keeps leaning away from the other guy? I figure he's mentally ciphering the distance from the camera to the the other fellow and just how far to his right he would need to move to be completely out of the shot!

"Wow...the look on Mike Myer's and Chris Tucker's faces is priceless."

For sure. What a stupid rant. Little does the idiot know that he is only, like Sheehan did, alienating so many. Those that agree are already there...

It's their agenda to race-bait and cause harm to this country, and when these subhuman thugs burn down their city, then the media whores should be held accountable for the views that they openly promote.

They give face time to the dregs of society, and the newspapers spread that form of racism on their front page, yet are never held to account for the aftermath.

I guess I can't really blame this loser for what he said... Obviously Mike Meyers was reading from a teleprompter, and just as obviously, that what-ever-the-hell-his-name-is looser is illiterate and can't read! It's not his fault that they wanted him to read a script, and since he doesn't know how to read, he was forced to come up with something helpful to say. It's all George Bush's fault that he can't read!

Same applies to the Salvation Army.

This guy is human garbage and I don't say that lightly. My kids were listening to his music and telling me that he was a Christian because God is in his lyrics but just a quick review of his music told me otherwise and I banned his music in our house. Now this crap. What a loser.

Just plain sickening. Tell that freak of nature to pull out his wad of money for airline tickets to fly them out of there or use his jet and help the people instead of opening his mouth and sounding more ignorant with each word he said. I agree that things could have gone a little smoother but there are people of ALL colors who have waited down there and not just one. Haven't heard any other race complaining that Busch forgot about them and only them. No one could have forseen this type of devistation. No one. And as far as the law being told to shoot people, they were told to use force when and if the law wasn't obeyed. In other words, DON'T break the law (loot, kill, rape or car jack) and you won't get shot. Can you comprehend that, freak? And yes, I sent in my donation to ALL the people.

Wow...the look on Mike Myer's and Chris Tucker's faces is priceless.

And the silence from their mouths speaks volumes.

From the very start I have refused to send anything to the Red Cross. They are a mismanaged entity run by greedy idiots.

All of the support I have sent thusfar has been to The Salvation Army. And I'll be sending more through them as well as volunteering. The Red Cross can go suck eggs.

people who are "finding" guns and ammo.

I agree 100% with your dropping this A$$hole down the hole.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

But I have a real problem wiht your attitude about guns and ammo.

When lawlessness comes to my town, I will have my concealed, my backup, and ammo in great supply. Do you understand that police can not protect you when major disasters occur?

What is your reply??
