Taxpayers my @ss - most of them were welfare recipients, that were STAYING in town by choice so they could collect their WELFARE checks on the first of the month prior to leaving town!!!!
Don't forget the overwhelming need to not miss the latest Oprah airing. BTW, where IS Miss Black Rich Money Bags in all this? She could send her private jet to airdrop some bags of money to her brethren.
I'm sure many of them figured the media was exaggerating. The media does that alot.
