Former presidents, Bush and Clinton gave a news conference today. Towards the end, as Bush and Clinton were walking off the stage, at about 10:20 am EST, I heard a female reporter shout a last question that went "how do you respond to rumors that the levees were intentionally opened ?"

First there was the rumor that some soft drink had something in it to make blacks infertile. Then, it was that AIDS was a bio weapon created by the US to kill Africans and African Americans and gays.

I would like to know who this news chick was who is spreading the rumor that the levees were intentionally breached (presumably to kill black and poor people).

The moonbats are flipping out over that conference. Bush, Sr. compared the current blame-fest to trying to figure out what went wrong after a football game. That wasn't a serious enough remark for the DU crowd. Clinton began with some ass-covering remarks about how he tried to fund the levees late in his second term, but doesn't know what happened after that. Music to looney ears. But then he said we could save the recriminations for later and praised Wal-Mart for offering jobs to Katrina victims--and now they're bashing him too.

I still haven't read any reports on what Bush and Nagin discussed when they met a couple of days ago.

Perhaps Nagin just cracked under the pressure, perhaps his utterance was drug-induced, or perhaps he rightly or wrongly interpreted something the President said to him. :-)

Well, she's right. The levees have been (or will be shortly) intentionally opened. Of course, it's to let the water out, which would be the only reason you'd want to breach a levee normally.
