Roberts: Day Four Set to Begin
On Thursday, the members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. continue with a third round of questioning. Then six different panels of out- side witnesses deliver their views on the professional and personal suitability of John Roberts to be appointed Chief Justice of the United States. This testimony will take the entire day.

The dims are trying to lock onto the judges feelings, because (they believe) then they can state that Roberts is unable to separate logic from personal feelings. That is an easy way for them to spin in the media, but inaccurate from a psychological/sociological perspective.
He definitely and definitively did not support the notion of supporting public payment for the education of illegal immigrants. He simply said education is important for all children. The wording was precise and repeated.
Lindsey saying Ginsburg is a bleeding heart that would like to see the age of consent be 12 years old and that prostitution is constitutional.
That old joke actually says much about him. He's very much a traditional conservative in the same vein as Rehnquist.
Lindsay has been strong and unwavering in his support, I just Emailed my thanks to him.
