Suicide note NOT RELATED TO OKLAHOMA! - I'm very sorry for the mistake. The suicide note is attributed to Bishop who crashed the plane in FL.

View of the replacement bench, pointing a little south of due east, toward GL Cross Hall, with the stadium parking garage in the background. About 75 feet to Cross Hall.
Again, the bench, pointed a little east of due south, to the Architechture building, about 138 feet. Sorry about the orientation, but I didn't want to photoshop it.
The bench, a little east of north. Note that the tree and lamp post are undamaged.
Due north, note how close the buses are to the bench.
pointed due east, to the stadium parking garage, about 140 yards, probably another 70 or so to the stadium itself.
Due west, pointed right at Gittenger Hall, where I attend my Monday class. When I arrived for class, cops and suits were looking the area over, by the little red flags (probably debris locations).
A little north of due west, this time from the stadium parking garage, 4th floor. The bench is near the stair well, the southernmost part of Cross Hall i the photo, on the other side of the trees.

Wonderful photos, very very helpful. Thank you!
I realized through the days more precisely where the bench must have been. I'd only been to the game on a "fun bus" maybe a couple of times, but I was picturing us parking on Asp, before the parking garage was built.
Then I remembered it was the Oval that was the pavement my bus was on--because of the hundreds of times I had cut through right there, walking to the stadium, either from parking at frat house or just coming from the Union--and seeing all the buses in that spot.
Also friends would bring RV's and serve adult beverages there sometimes (enclosed tailgating) and I just had mentally skipped over the area in between the Oval and the stadium, because it's so close.
I love to walk the campus this time of year and later! (Since I no longer have classes to attend, you understand!) Thanks for the memories! Hope to have more of them to add soon, when I can get back up there.

I am NOT a liberal...I am VERY much a conservative. I think Michael Moore should be flogged and the ACLU blown to kingdom come. And I have my own feelings of islamist freaks. I work in immigration because I like helping people come to this country correctly. I do not support those who do not do so, I am a staunch supporter of the minutemen and I report illegals to DHS, even with the chance I could lose my job. I don't care. These people don't need to be here.
And neither do sleeper cells who are waiting to detonate the nuclear bombs that we know they have. These people walk among us - they are teachers, doctors, lawyers, students, and until we begin to racially profile them, we'll never catch them.
I'm not here to convince anyone of my political persuasion. But by my being here - I think that should say a lot for how I think.
