If it were a naval base, I'd wonder if it were a certain "Senator" from Massachusetts who, by the way, served in Vietnam and answers to the name Ketchup.

Since the article doesn't say the he was A WHITE CHRISTIAN MALE, at least three times, we can probably assume otherwise.
