In your thinking hidding Jews under a Nazi regime is illegal if it does not follow some "professional" and "accountable" protocol, then you need to get a clue..

These people came for their child and should have presumption of innocence there. They'll come for you too.

That said, in the current climate forbidding juries to decide cases in "closed door 'privacy' family courts", parents letting Cps touch their kids are either incompetent, don't know better, are outright irresponsible cowards or are people courageously testing the system for the rest of us.

These people fit in the latter category, but it depends what your intentions are. If your prior intentions are not to test the system, then obviously you have an agenda.

And let me tell what you didn't win: a twenty-volume set of the Encyclopedia International, a case of Turtle Wax, and a year's supply of Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco treat. But that's not all! I am never bothered with a debate supported by facts. A spirited disagreement is a chance to find weaknesses in your ideas, seek critical documentation, test new ways of framing a concept, and learn what motivates your opponent. With a credible person like Rodney, the differences are usually a matter of emphasis rather than principle. Such instances are often opportunities to find real solutions.

It's what this forum is supposed to be.

, I can corroborate (and have already posted) that children in inner cities do not get the services they need while middle class parents undergo a systematic shakedown.

You can say that again and again. CPS will squeeze for easy money to be squeezed: the regular working taxpayer. They won't go after dangerous dealers who hide well their illicit earnings, and in fact they might hire them for foster care! The reason is that a child made sick by the system creates custodial troubles down the line which allow them to yet come back to unwitting adoptive parents. It's a child meat business and easy side-taxes for their employ. Problem children or other members of the family become agents of the squeezing business: what they cannot get they let CPS get. It's institutionalized bigotry and racism through deresponsibilizing themselves and true abusers.

I personally know of a russian fellow whose 8th child was removed by CPS, because they felt the family was unable to care for so many children. The 8th was premature and needed extra care.

While the child was in foster care, CPS began secret procedings to adopt the child to an english speaking family. The russian found out in time and was able to secure a Christian attourney and force CPS to cancel the adoption. However, CPS canceled on the condition that the child remain in foster care, until CPS determined that the family was qualified to receive the child. The family agreed, if the child could be placed in a relative's home. CPS reluctantly agreed and the child was placed with a SIL, over 12 hours away.

CPS sucks.
