"..Enough with the friggin sour grapes from the Miers crowd. Miers crashing and burning had nothing to do with SMU or being Evangelical. Her 1993 pro-abortion speech was her nail in her coffin. Her stance on being pro-quotas did not help along with a history of donating to Dems. Miers was void of any real conservative credentials. End of discussion. Let's get on with getting the real nominees confirmed.

Quick name me the SCOTUS person who is currently an Evangelical? Who was the last one? An accident?

Don't you want the best person nominated? Persoanlly, I don't care if he's an Atheist, as long as his ideology and credentials are sound.
