PFLAG Expresses Grave Concern Over the Supreme Court Nominee [Sodomite Alert]
U.S. Newswire ^ | 10/31/2005 | Ron Schlittler

WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) expressed grave concern today over President Bush's nomination of Samuel Alito to the U.S. Supreme Court.

As a judge on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Alito has amassed a record of hostility towards cherished rights and freedoms such as civil rights, women's rights, privacy rights and separation of church and state, the group says. As recent as 2001, Judge Alito ruled unconstitutional a public school policy that would have protected students from harassment based on their sexual orientation.

"An initial review of Judge Alito's record does not offer much hope for the GLBT community and our chances for a Supreme Court free from extreme ideological activism," said PFLAG's executive director Jody Huckaby. "We were looking to the President to select a nominee that all of our family members, gay and straight, could count on to up-hold their basic rights and freedoms, but instead we got Samuel Alito."

"I urge the Senate to take their role in this process very seriously, and particularly my own Senator Arlen Specter, who chairs the Judiciary Committee," said Fran Kirchner, Pennsylvania PFLAG mom. "My daughter and the daughters and sons of all PFLAGers deserve more than just a rubber stamp."

It's not in the constitution. I know these types like to jam things in places where they don't belong, but in this case, it really truly won't fit.

civil rights, women's rights, privacy rights

Translation: The unlimited right to kill unborn babies and the unlimited right to sexual perversion--not only to indulge in it, but to rub it in everyone's face in public and teach it to school children.

I remember often pointing out that when clinton was president, he was willing to betray all the Democrats' favorite policies to retain his popularity, but the one thing he would not compromise on was the liberals' two favorite sexual indulgence issues: abortion and perversion. That's pretty much what the Democrat party stands for these days, abortion and perversion.

I just wish the extremists on this issue would just go away - and that goes for both sides.

Yep. The nomination isn't even 24 hours old, and we have more peein', moanin' and soiled shorts from the left that ever.

Yes, this is a good thing.

Here's the summary of the case from the New York Times ( http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1513019/posts ):

• Judge Alito wrote a unanimous Third Circuit's opinion that struck down a Pennsylvania school board's antiharassment policy, which he said was so far-reaching that it would punish students for "simple acts of teasing and name-calling."

"extreme ideological activism" = anyone who won't worship exclusively at the altar of PC deviant sexualism. You pays your money, you snips your unwanted parts, you takes your chances, you get what you get from the taxpayers (who keep their parts they were born with).

I just wish the extremists on this issue would just go away - and that goes for both sides.

I wish for world peace and for hunger to go away as well...but as long as we have Islamic terrorists and corrupt 3rd world warlords, we're stuck with both of those and need to confront them.

Likewise as along as the liberal left-wing pro-abortionists and homosexual/lesbian radicals keep trying to thrust their agenda for murdering babies and expect us to embrace homosexual/lesbian perversions and to redefine society according to their perverse, immoral standards, then I guess we need to stand up and fight against it. We the conservatives are fighting against the liberals, extremists and terrorists of the left-wing lunatics and Islamo-fascist terrorist groups. Don't lump us in with the left-wing lunatics. It looks like you're more willing to just bury your head in the sand and wish all these mean people would just be nice /sarcasm. Maybe you should read a book called "The Marketing of Evil" by David Kupelian
