The older I get, the more I realize what an emotional and powerful experience it is to have served my country. And how incredibly strong the bond becomes between other men and women who have served.

Amen, Brother!
After 23 years, I am proud to be "one who served". I love talking to other retirees, and at the same time feel the frustration of dwindling benefits and a VA system that leaves quite a bit to be desired.
