For a 14 yr. old??? I guess you don't have a daughter. It's very wrong and immoral at that age for anyone. And who knows the age of the male, could be an adult which happens frequently where planned parenthood covers up statutory rape.

Yes for a 14 year old, in some states it is still legal for a 14 year old to be married, certainly you would not deny them access to birth control. I know of several young girls who ran away repeatedly. Their parents could not control them, social services would not place them with foster parents and they had done nothing that would have caused a judge to order them detained, birth control would have been the right choice for all of them, unfortunately they all did not receive it so some children were born to children and some were murdered in the womb.
